We went here for lunch on the recommendation of one of the souvenir shop employees nearby and were very pleased with the whole experience. The décor is a quirky bar with tall tables against the wall (shorter ones in back) and a long polished wood bar. Service was warm and friendly and the food was amazing. We had been told about a number of local favorites, and we wanted to try them all but settled on the Chicken Salad sandwich on a potato roll and the rancher's pie. The Chicken Salad was a little heavy on the parsley, but the flavor was fantastic. My wife was very happy with it and said it was one of the best she'd ever had. The rancher's pie I had WAS the best I'd ever had the meat was super-flavorful. If we had more time, we would have come back here for another meal to try some of the other choices, but we didn't. So, for us, just one great lunch here. Leave time for at least two on your schedule!
