Liberty Roofing's proposal is misleading and definitely overpriced (over $3,000.00) when compared to other local companies. They claimed ALL proceeds granted by the insurance company, which included other damages to the property, in order to fix the roof ONLY.

Make sure you read everything before you sign because it is not a proposal; it is a deceptive contract!

These people did exactly what they said they would do. If not for the great new roof, it was as though no one had been there when they were finished. Great job and I would refer them to anyone. Thanks a million.

They did a great job on the roof, but the deal directly with you insuance company and steal your money that would normally be left over. My roof ended up costing me $1400.00 more than I could have done by another company. I could have used that $1400.00 to fix other things in my house.
