I am normally fairly skeptical of these type things, not because of the products, but because I know myself! After one month of the Quick Start program, I had lost almost 4 inches!! That's motivation! Now in my 6th week, I have lost another inch+ and 5 lbs. Thanks for the jump start to do what I know I need to do!
