I am amazed by this review. I, and many people I know, had a totally different experience. Not only was Dr. Gigliotti friendly, approachable and interested in me, but he is a fantastic technician. He diagnosed a condition no one else had seen and provided extremely helpful and welcome information. My experience was extremely positive, even pleasant, and I will...and HAVE...recommend him whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I just had THE WORST experience ever in your Cumming, GA location. Dr. Gigliotti was beyond rude to my children. He has no patience and lacks simple people skills. He even snapped at my son (who is "special") and made him get out of the chair without finishing the exam.

I left the building in tears. I will not return nor will I suggest it to my friends.
