Good size store and the only one in town that I know of. There is always a line, inside as well as at the drive-thru. No surprise,it is a relatively young staff. Recently, I asked for a chocolate cone and was told they didn't have any chocolate. A week later, I asked for a Buster Parfait with chocolate ice cream and was told they don't have any chocolate, just vanilla. Thinking this is no coincidence, I asked if they were just out of chocolate or do they never have chocolate. Turns out they only have chocolate one day a week (usually Monday) when they make their ice cream cakes. Last night, due to pouring rain, I went through the drive-thru. Ordered Buster Parfait and hubby ordered milkshake. After pulling to the parking area, we realized there was no straw, no spoon and no napkins in the bag. If I called them from the parking lot they surely would bring me the missing items (rain, remember?)but when I looked in the bag to get receipt for phone nbr, no receipt..more disappointment.
