The CAC offers group & private swim lessons for children & adults, American Red Cross classes, birthday parties, land/water exercise classes, swim & dive teams/meets, aquatic therapy, adaptive aquatics, ISR, SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, & much more! Our 2 indoor pools are open year-round with our warm Instructional Pool offering both adult & open swim times & extended hours being offered in the Olympic-sized Competition Pool for lap swimming. The Outdoor Leisure Pool, complete with a 150+ foot slide, lazy river, play structure, poolside cabanas, & concession stand, is open seasonally.
