This store has unknowledgable & terrible customer service. I had just gotten off the phone w/a verizon rep and was told that because I had just purchased a new iPhone that any verizon wireless store will buy back my old cell phone. So I drove to this location in the snow and waited 30 mins just to have some kid tell me that they can't do that... I knew that they did offer a program like this because I had just spoken w/a rep on the phone. So I ended up driving to the Putnam pike Smithfield store and they're fantastic. Great customer service and she knew about the program that verizon had offered me. So my advice is to travel to a different location cause this one is a waste of ur time.
Bad customer service, read the fine print because they will take you for your money. Bought a phone that has not functioned properly since the day I bought it. Have spoken to 5 different people with 5 promises. Still without a functional phone, its going on 7 weeks. No updates from there end, just promises.

The sales men Chris and Galen are the best team the store has to offer!! if I ever need anything I always know I can rely on them for the assistance I need! Other than that the store is well maintained, very clean and just a happy enviornment!
Great customer service, returns calls immediately and always has answers for your questions. Very polite and if you are not satisfied with the product, no hassles in returns or finding what you need. Definately a great place to find all of your wireless needs.
