They came and 'supposedly' fixed our unit. We paid before the guy left which was a big mistake. After a couple days the unit broke again. We called and got the run-a-round on when they could make it back up and settled on the guy coming sometime the next week. After a couple weeks we called and was told that he would be here the next day (apparently forgot about us). The guy then called and wanted to know if he couple move it back a few days and my husband said he needed to get it fixed. The man did not show so my husband waited another week. When my husband called today he was told that it would be Spring time (7 months!*?!) before they could get back to us to fix it. We had always referred business to them because a friend recommended them, but will never do it again. Again my husband was reminded that not all people are honest and does business like he does. Sad lesson learned....again.
