Been going here for a few years. Always been taking good care of. My last visit wasn't as good though. It was something I needed done. Very simple task of getting a copy made of My 2013 tax return that I needed for my bank. The secretary was very nice and took care of me and what I needed. A total of maybe 3 minutes to make the copies. A larger fellow with a pony tail came out as she was handing me my copies and scolded her in front of me and other customers making myself and I'm sure her ad well very uncomfortable. In any work place if someone is doing something wrong or out of line unless it's life treating the issue can be resolved in a manner of pulling the employee to a side and explaining what he/ she did wrong. Instead of making everyone feel uncomfortable or not valued as a customer. This being said I do not recommend Dewitt to do your tax and my visit there just recently will be my last.
