Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Doug is always available to answer questions even if it doesn't result in a sale. Several of the other guys ar great also--no ladies, yet. Like a trusted jeweler, the people here are trustworthy and they know their business and how to treat a customer. I have purchased handguns and long guns at Rettings for over fifteen years and have suggested that my friends go there as well. Four of my friends, guys and ladies, have also bought from them. i recently purchased a XD 45 tactical handgun from this store and the people were absolutely wonderful. Alex, Doug and the rest of the crew were very professional. Doug especially was very helpful with some of the qeustions that I asked him. The prices at the store were great and very comprable to other stores that I've shopped. Some people aren't patient enough, but these guys are often asked a lot of questions and they take the time to answer them. You have to give them the time they need to do their job.
