This is the worst dealership ever...they recommend you things you don't really need for your car, and charge an arm and a leg. When I asked why I needed their recommendations, my service rep was nasty and said "he didn't time to exlain why" and that I should "go look it up on the internet"
So what the heck are you getting paid for?
My advice...stay away...I went to Santa Monica Honda and got better service with nicer staff. go there instead .
Overall-excellent!!!!! My salesman, Ruben and service writer, Silvana are very professional... courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
I stepped into this dealership for service ... And I was told it would take 3 hours (after waiting 20 minutes to get help) ... Then I was told if I made appointment, I would not need to wait and oil change only tajes up to 45 minutes. So I made an appointment for next Tuesday , and when I came back I was told it takes 2 hours ... Appointment means nothing in dealership , very unprofessional ... I'll never come back to this dealership , and I recommend you avoiding this dealership ... Unless u have extra 3 hours
I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. I have been a happy customer with every purchase and that is why I continue to go back. My latest experience was quick and comfortable, and my new Civic only had 3 miles on it.
Art was very helpful and showed me all the things I needed to know about my car. He made the process go by very quickly and helped me on my decision fast. Thanks.
