Our staff provides over 100 years of experience in the industry offering the most valuable knowledge and expertise to our customers. We are an authorized BioGuard® dealer, Sundance® Spa dealer, EZ Pool® & EZ Spa® dealer, and we offer a full line of gas products. We offer services for pools, spas, as well as gas fireplaces. We keep you COOL in the summer and WARM in the winter!

For years Payne had been servicing the pool at a house I just purchased, opening, closing, cleaning etc. When I bought this house in Jan 2017, I thought he would be the one to continue using. When it was time to open the pool in May, although they were very fast to come out, they quoted between $350-$450 to open it. Imagine my surprise when I get an invoice for $844!I called and expressed my concern and was told that Mr Payne would call me back to discuss. That didn't happen. 6 weeks later the full amount was charged to my cc they had on file without my authorization. I called again and was told that I had also received a demo on how the pool worked, per my request, but again that Mr Payne would call me that day. This was over a week ago, and he has yet to call. The demo took 10 minutes, and I was never informed there would be a charge for that. Ridiculous. I have reported this to my credit card company and am now having to wait up to 180 days to resolve this through them. All I can do is to leave this story for you to decide whether you want to do business with this company and Mr Payne. I will never allow them on my property again.
