I have not had a problem with this particular store, They always have my scripts ready, when they don't it has been a nurse error. I have had to report the Victoria store on Navarro to corporate for not having scripts ready even when called in two days prior.

In the past year, I have used this Pharmacy to fill my prescriptions, effortlessly. My 5 year old has an order for pain meds (broken bone). I have since this morning gone to them 1, no prescription here for him, go to ER to get one (it's a Saturday our Doctor is closed on weekends), and prescription was sent on Friday. Got ahold (luckily) of Doctor's office to get script sent AGAIN. Two hours later I return to pick up script, only to be told by RUDE clerk, that they got the script but don't have my son's info so it isn't filled and they are going to lunch. Excuse me, did the Dr NOT give you his name in sending the script? Did you think that his information (address, phone number, etc...was different from mine??? HE IS 5, he is in pain, and we want his meds today!!!!!) So, now I am waiting for the good pharmacy and clerks to fill their faces, return from their break and hopefully have the courtesy and compassion to fill this prescription for my son!!! Yes, I do plan on contacting the manager (as soon as we get his meds) and ask him how would he feel if his toddler kid had a broken bone and had to repeatedly return to the pharmacy to hopefully fit the schedule of the clerks in order for him to get some relief?! Cruel and amazing that these folks are supposed to be in "customer service". Awful awful awful.

I live here in small town cuero,tx and just a block away from walmart. This walmart is horrible!!! The staff is rude, they will even argue with you. The place is always messy and crowded with boxes in the middle of the aisles. Most of the staff dont even know the store rules and policys. I know them cause I use to work at a walmart before. They rarely have what im looking for. They are always out of stock and they take forever to restock items. Once I waited for a kitchen wok for a month before it was instock again!!! A whole month!!! This is,the worst walmart I have ever been to far none. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because they have a great clearance section with a lot of deals. I have met maybe 2 nice employees here, the rest are rude and mean. They never check their returns either! If u you,return something, they wont bother to check it to see if its still in condition to put,back on the shelves. I know this becUse I returned a vacum I used for a week because it started messing up, so obviously the filter had dirt in it when I returned it, well the next day I went back to purchase the same vaccum and when I got home and opened the box, it was the same vaccum!!!!! With dirt and dust in it!!!! I was furious! They are so damn lazy! Only because its the only walmart in town is the reason why I keep going back but I will be greatful to god when we leave this town just so I can shop at a REAL WALMART!!!







So disappointed!

What happened to their motto

"The customer is always right"? Apparently not at this sad excuse for a Walmart >:-(
