They charged my card no one picked up the next time. It was like a scam. I called to get the core refund I had to call back 5 times at all different times a day over the course of a week to get through again.I got Ron, who took my invoice number, pretended that he couldn't hear me and hung up on me.



Some shady stuff is going on over there. I recommend their competition. At least I won't be going again. Get your stuff together LKQ and lower your prices. People work too hard for their money. You've lost another one.

The kid that answered the phone was rude and acted like I was an inconvience to him.



The part I wanted was priced HIGHER than the listed price and when I brought that to his attention he was like....."Well, it's only a few dollars higher" and he refused to sell it at the listed price ($60 BTW). THEN he told me the Shipping cost was around $25-30!! (Part the size of one's fist).



And they will NOT accept Credit Card payments over the phone. He was "supposed" to Email me an Order sheet that I was to fill out and FAX it back to them. He never did follow thru Emailing it to me.



Arrogant, Rude and NOT Customer friendly AT ALL. NOT a good way to conduct one's business! Especially in this economy!



Stay away from LKQ!



I ended up buying a ***** off the next highest priced ($5) listing off www.Car-Part.com . Shipping was only $15 and the salesman had a 100% better attitude than that clown from LKQ
