I have rented trailers from them 8 times over the past 5 years: their prices and service have been exceptional. They are my number 1 choice for renting a trailer. Good job Al and Frank!!!!

Whenever I need my trailer fixed they get it in right away. And they are cheaper than anywhere else I've dealt with. That's a great combination. Fast service with fair prices.

First off, they only got 1 star because I didn't have the option for anything less. Rented a trailor and the IPass I used didn't register the trailors plate so the tolls were charged to Rte 14 Rental. They in turn charged me $89 on my credit card without even calling first. The disreputable part about this is, according to the Illinois Tollway whom I spoke with, they HAVE and IPass account and only paid $9, but charged my credit card for they $89 that showed on the notice. When I called them to refund me the difference they at first said they had the right to charge me (nothing stated on their Office Depot rental agreement) and when I told them what they were doing was illegal and that they should refund the $80, They said they would call me back. On the return phone call they they said they would only refund $55 and keep $25 for "accounting fees" and that if I had a problem with that I should file a complaint. NEVER NEVER RENT FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!
