Our team of physicians, therapists, and trainers will support you throughout your recovery, transitioning to daily activities or a high level of athletic conditioning. Our commitment to keeping you in motion extends from diagnosis through treatment and rehabilitation. Our services include Open-Image MRI, MCO Physical Therapy, and MCO Center for Sports and Fitness Enhancement. Our facility is located 1/4 mile north of Route 176 in Crystal Lake. For your convenience, we also provide care in Huntley.
