Rented a canopy w/sidewalls, tables and chairs for wedding. Canopy had holes in the roof, it could not hold the sidewalls I was told would work so it collapsed, chairs were in poor condition. Left a number of messages, emails and pictures did not call me back! I was panicked as I had 100 people coming and no shelter. I had to badger them to call me to get get resolution - I had to return it as I didn't want it to collapse on guests and have people get hurt!

Paid over $700 returned as I -NEVER COULD USE IT! and only refunded $170! Poor business people, not customer service oriented. Stay AWAY!!! GO to Ralphs, ED'S rental anywhere but to Grand Rental.
