The owner promised to come out on multiple occasions even after he was called twice in one day. I was given a time to expect them. He never showed and never called. Don't use this place! Completely unprofessional!

A couple of tiles cracked after job was completed and company was paid. Even after three different promises to return and fix the damaged work, they no call, no showed. Very unprofessional. Work itself nicely done, but if they do happen to make a mistake (which humans do), don't expect them to fix it if they have their money already. Unfortunate.
