Just a month ago I would have raved and recommended Jim's for all of you tree care needs. I have used them twice over the last 8 years. One time for a very BIG job. I have referred numerous people to them over these years including my parents and mother-in-law. Just 3-4 weeks ago my parents called them (again) for a job. They removed an apple tree and a very old, fairly large Azalea bush in their front yard. My parents paid them cash up front. Jim assured my parent he will be back in a couple of days to remove the stumps. He explained how he must rent a smaller machine due to the area the stumps are located. After several calls and empty promises they have NOT returned to finish the job!! Jim has been paid so of course he is not in any hurry to get back. Its almost a month now and he is ignoring my mothers calls now. Job left INCOMPLETE!!! I WILL NO LONGER BE REFERRING PEOPLE TO HIS BUSINESS. Anyone have recommendations for my future tree care needs?

Jim's Tree Service is very honest & reliable. They were such a great Company to do work with and the crew was Excellent. I would highly recommend them!!!!!

I have contacted Jim's Tree Service and within a day the owner was out to my property for a free estimate. I accepted his bid and that tree work was scheduled. They came to my home and took down 2 Large trees. The crew was very respectful and you never even knew they were there after the trees were down. I would highly recommend Jim's Tree Service!!!!
