I was on scene of accident with Lake county sheriff dept & witnessed exactly where off road vehicle was to be towed from.i drove car to exact spot,was charged additional fees because they said it was pulled from ditch,I was there,it was not in ditch & an experienced tow truck driver could have pulled right out.no extra equipment/fees.price gouging is what I have experienced with this company.crooks ripping off hard working taxpayers after an accident,i will never call them & refer anyone me & my family know ever to call them!your.take pics of where your car is.your word against theirs & their liars!.......You`d think Lake county would contract with a BBB accredited tow company, FYI,their not!

I love Midnight Blue

These guys have towed me at least 10 times. They've driven to Kouts, Chesterton, & Chicago for me. Always quick & professional. Never damaged my cars

Was told 75$ for the tow, was ...

Was told 75$ for the tow, was charged 150$. So I went to their office to discuss this like gentlemen, but when I asked the owner (paul by the way) about it he proceeded to scream and swear at me. I can understand a simple miscommunication about the money, but there is no reason to yell at a customer. I would never recommend Midnight Blue to anyone but my worse enemies.

Reliable

Their slogan is that "they answer your call everytime". It's true. We needed a tow on a sunday afternoon and Midnight Blue Towing was there for us. We called several other open 24 hrs 7 days a week towing companies and all we got were answering machines to leave a message on midnight blue was the only one who answered our call. Thanks Midnight Blue, I'll save your number for future reference and will recommend you to everyone I know. Everything was quick and easy.
