This company is the biggest joke I've ever encountered. If they treat the companies they contract out for as they do their employees they won't go much further. This company is FULL of promises that are never kept. They say you'll be on 3 weeks on and 1 home, try 4-8 weeks on and 2 days-1 week home IF that. They're inconsiderate of their employees, and honestly only care about themselves. They say they'll give you incentives for being away from your home and family longer than promised and that never happens. If you don't have it in writing then you don't get it b/c you can't take your boss' word for it... Pathetic. You'll start out with a bonus program that all of a sudden gets taken away at the end of your job, go figure! They probably gave it to themselves. I can tell you a handful of hardworking employees that made them a ton of money and they treated them like the scum of the earth the entire time of employment. This company is a JOKE!
