They are just there to collect our money. They will never help you and try everything to avoid taking responsibility. Andrea is just there to shield them. They will just send Paul the handyman who will tell you, everything is your responsibility, although the bylaw says otherwise.

I have had issues with the condominium managed by this group; if they respond they are rude and unprofessional. If you need a place to be managed, I would not recommend them
