I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They should have been more understanding. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. One of the first things I noticed when we walked in was how filthy the entire building was. It didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. I would prefer to put 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

My vet couldn't figure out what was going on with my dog. Dr. Hess and the all natural supplements she gave to my dog has basically saved my dogs life. Thank you!
