i.e., A local fWent there Friday evening for dinner, 45 minutes to 1 hour wait turn into a very long over 1 hour and 15 minutes wait. People coming in AFTER us were seating first, "they had a small party or waiting to put two tables together"; willing to take two separate tables. When we were seat, still had to wait to be serve drinks. quess if you're not a big beer dinker than your drinks come last. AS for the food it was ok, had better and bigger crawfish at the shack but wasn't in the mood myself for crawfish even if there were couple in my party that were. Please check over your bill before you leave, I was charge for a bucket of beet, that I didn't even ORDER! Went there because Hut had a bigger menu than the Shack, but if you want crawfish done right go to the Shack, as I said before can go to Baytown for seafood, they may be better.avorite, or highly recommended because

Good Service and Good Food! Only complaint is about the acoustics... It can be deafening in there with the loud music and lots of people. Some sound-softening acoustics would be welcome!
