I wish these guys came up first on the google search! First I called another guy, and thank God I had enough sense to ask him to call me at work the next day to let me know when he was ready for me, because I never heard from him and couldn't reach him. So I called Griffin and a very nice lady told me they had someone who could meet me in an hour. Josh was professional AND a really sweet guy. It turned out the gas wasn't on (this is for our old house that we finally found a renter for), but he was able to figure out how to do that, there were two fuse boxes not labeled very well and I was no help at all, but he figured it out. With all that extra hassle he ended up staying overtime but didn't charge me for it. Even after he knew what was wrong he went through a lot of extra testing to eliminate other contributing possibilities because he didn't want me to be surprised with unexpected expenses once the part was replaced. I'm really glad the other guy never called me for our appt!
