I had a very good experience with the free one week pass. The sales person was very helpful, and informative - not pushy ( my dad was a used car salesman so I know pushy and aggressive)

The facility and equipment were spotless.

I went in with a 7 day free pass; however, their "salesmen" (worse than the worst cars sales men) would not let me work out without signing up. Whats the point of offering this free pass if you will not let the customer's try your gym out? The more I told him "no thank you" the more he pushed the membership. He actually let me leave because I refused to sign up for a membership right there. The most ignorant and rude situation I have ever been through.



Needless to say, Charter Fitness gained a membership specifically because I was able to try the equipment out before I signed up and they didn't have hound dogs as "salesmen".
