Worst customer service ever. They lie and say your food ready when its not you wait 40 mins just for a 4 piece the cashier has a nasty attitude

Harold's Chicken is one of the best franchises here in Chicago! However, the customer service at the Harold's on 13653 Cicero Ave is terrible. I called in 20 minutes before I arrived for a pick-up and waited another 20 minutes for chicken. The cashier and cook had a 10-minute long argument/discussion while I waited. I'd definitely suggest you find another Harold's establishment if you want great chicken but also great service. 8)

The chicken and fish combo was really good depending on who's cooking.

I just want to let you know that the service that i received today was great,I am a senior person and I have stopped at quite a few fast food places over the years. The young lady that took my order today around noon time reminded me of what customer service use to be. P/S Keep up the good work.
