From the first time I visited the website I knew I found the right place. Bill was very professional during the live chat service in helping me setup my appointment for my motorcycle project. When I made into the shop, Cal answered all of the questions I asked (and I asked a ton), beat the best deal I could get at any other shop, and went above and beyond scheduling the work with my incredibly tight schedule. There is no doubt I will be working with them again on the next project for my Bike. I needed some help with my sons truck when I decided to buy a navigation system, I called around and no one really knew where to go until my coworker mentioned this place. I stopped in and spoke the sales guy who has a navigation system installed in his car, he took me outside & showed me how it works. I was surprised that he spent atleast 20 mins with all the features. I left a deposit & my son came in the next day for installation he said they told him it would take 3 hours. He came back in to pick it up & they walked him through the unit the same way they did with me. Again I was really amazed with the customer care. Joe was courteous & real knowledgable.
