Collectively, its employees have hundreds of years of experience with insurance payments of hospital claims. Bottom Line s staff includes a former hospital chief financial officer with extensive experience in managed care contracting, as well as many former claims supervisors for health insurance companies and nurses who have had considerable experience with managed care issues. The process used by Bottom Line Systems to review managed care payments is designed to achieve two goals. First, the recovery of underpayments from managed care plans. Second, providing assistance to managed care staffs for the purpose of improving payment rates in future contracts.
