What a great place to have Mexican food. Service was great and the food was better. It was very slow though. Hopefully it stays open.

I went in to listen to some music. I don;t drink so I had a sprite, and sat down. I listened to 2 songs and all of a sudden some girl jumps up and starts calling me horrific names and saying I better leave under the threat of violence. I was excourted out to my car an I left. I called back and ask why I was treated so bad and was told im white and then was hung up on terrible place and evil people

We drop in here for a mexican dinner or lunch from time to time. I don't like it as much as an El Torito in L.A., but they do a pretty good job. Nice servers who always remember what my husband likes to order. The food is good, although I agree that the chimi is a little small. Good bar and margaritas. Bar open on weekends for dancing - mostly young crowd.

Restaurant is not a local favorite although the bar is. Do not order a burrito or chimichanga if you are hungry-- they are smaller than the frozen ones found in the grocery store. I do recommend the appetizer sampler, fajita salad, and quesadillas. Also, I recommend whole beans rather than their usual refried. The restaurant is not very well lit.
