They went above and beyond to ensure our truck was repaired and in a timely manner. They were very attentive and friendly.

Outstanding service and professionalism! The estimate was quick and with all the necessary explanations. Any cost overruns during repair were negotiated and settled before proceeding with work. Job was completed on time with perfect quality. This shop definitely knows the business, they are extremely knowledgeable, respectful and friendly.

I brought my bumper cover to them, and they did a lousy job of matching the color. They painted up a piece of plastic for a reference. When I showed them, he brought the plastic out and it didn't even match up with the original color. He said he didn't have anything to compare to which was just an excuse. If he had painted the piece of plastic correctly in the 1st place, he would of had his comparison. There were 2 drops of clear coat along one edge. He didn't offer to repaint the bumper or to remove the 2 drops. He suggested he could blend in the fenders to match the cover. It was just a money making scheme. You don't bring in 2 more pieces into the situation. You square away the bumper cover only. I won't ever go back to them again.

The part I had painted by them had 2 clear coat drops along one edge. I didn't tell them I wanted it quick or cheap. I was asked to look for the color code the day after dropping the part of. I had already given them the color code when I dropped off the part. I wasn't able to get a hold of them until the next day. When I called, they already had the part painted. It was a color that usually needs to be ordered. How could they have it painted withing a few days of dropping the part off? The color looks a lot different than the original color. You can see the difference 100 feet away. The color difference is more noticeable at night under an over head light. I won't be going to them again. What a disappointment!

I have been going to Pete's body shop for over 25 years. I have never left dissatisfied. They do excellent work and my vehicles have always been ready when promised. I would not dream of going any where else. Ronald Williams
