I did in fact tell my friend about the new place that opened up recently called the Hair Cuttery, 615 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. We were very excited because it's convenient and right up the road from where I live. So when she picks me up that day, I was like I could go for a D & D coffee before we go; she's like no, it's NOT going to be busy, we will probably just get right in.



We also were told by the receptionist / hair stylist that we would be taken next with a 15 minute way. We were like that's awesome. We arrived around 11:30 a.m., we sat listening to the music and conversing to one another but as we did we found that the receptionist was actually doing a perm and the client was in the chair with chemicals applied because we saw her do it. She swept the floor, took a phone call, the other hair stylist was working on a client that had extremely short hair and we weren't talked to by her at all and she never made any eye contact, no I'll be with you in a minute. Finally, I said to my friend, "ghee do you know we've listened to at least 6 1980's songs and have been talking for an extremely long time. We looked at the clock and to our amazement found that 45 minutes had gone by in record time and the receptionist / stylist could have cut both of our hair in the mean time during her other permanent client was sitting and waiting to process. We both only wanted shape up hair cuts. We abruptly got up and that was the only time the other stylist, cutting the shorter haired client, interacted with us to say, "Oh' I'm almost finished here it's only going to be a few minutes and I'm done." We both said, "No thank you", and walked out.



We were so pissed that we wasted all that time and we could've been some where else getting our hair done. We in fact ended out at Fantastic Sam's, Warwick, RI and they did a fabulous jobs on both of us in record time and delegating between customers in record time. So just to let you know I tell this story to all my girlfriends now and word of mouth hurt. I'm sorry customer service gets no STARS from me or my friends, plus no stars for personality from the stylists either. We had 1/2 off haircut coupon and now whenever I see them I don't pass them on to my friends. I rip them them up when I receive them in the mail and as for the Hair Cuttery client card we both threw them away. By the way, people they made me click on the 1 star but really they should have an option for no star because in this instance that's what this location 615 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI, Stop & Shop plaza deserves. Sorry!!!! :( :(
