Cayalá Bakery will open its doors in the city of Cranston RI. This new business effort honors the legacy of the Quetzal bakery but incorporates a simple and innovative vision. Our approach is the passion for a great palate and pride in our products. We hope to continue making our way to the homes of many Guatemalans and all those who have tasted our traditional bread.

Amazing traditional Guatemalan bread!!! The location is beyond impressive, very clean and well designed, but the true hero here is the bread, there are so many types and I was impressed to discover that the coffee is actually sourced from Guatemala. I will definitely be coming here on the regular.
