She has successfully resolved complex issues through motions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals, and she has served as a court-appointed attorney in conservatorship and guardianship cases. Her expertise in the areas of construction law and premises liability is particularly noteworthy, and she has authored and co-authored publications on related topics, including a chapter in the treatise New York Construction Law (Aspen Publishing 2003) and the article "Building a Safe Haven: Limitation of Liability Clauses," A.B.A. Construction Lawyer Vol. 20, no. 1 (Jan. 2000).
