The $18.99 steak I received I could only eat 60 percent of it and when I told my server and showed her she said HO sorry to hear that and walked away. The servings were also so small. After spending that much to eat there I was still hungrey when we left. The food at 5 guys is so much better and just a fast food place. Very disapointed.

Always have great food. My husband and I love you watch sports and Cranberry twp is lacking a great sports bar. However love that smokey bones always provides great food, service and individual radios at each table to hear whichever game that you are watching. All of the other places in Cranberry won't even turn the sound on!!

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich to go and the sandwich had no barbeque sauce, isn't that the point? Lucky I only lived a few minutes away and had to go back and no one wanted to help me when I went back in and finally someone helped me out and the manager was right there and overheard the conversation and never once acknowledged me or said sorry. One simple meal and they couldn't get it right and it cost $12, not that cheap, I expected better for the reputation they have, wouldn't recommend.
