We had excellent service at splash. Kristen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with choosing our faucet.

I was not impressed with the Splash store located in Cranberry Twp. I am updating two bathrooms and it was suggested that I visit the Splash showroom in Cranberry. My husband and I went on a sunday (a few weeks ago). When we entered the store, there were 3 female employees talking. They never offered assistance and never moved from behind the desk. The showroom was lovely but we left the store when no one offered to help us. We ended up buying everything at another store.
