I, too, had to wait an hour for my cleaning, then the dentis I guess he was a dentist, since he never announced himself to me, said I needed a filling and 2 crowns. There is no reason for an hour wait and without being advised in advance. My normal dentist just started working there, and now that I have found him, he isn't returning. I have a feeling it is the way the office is handled. I am so discouraged. You find a dentist you like and trust and has never caused you any pain and again, he disappears.
