Outrageous, but to be expected from an agency of government. Their 800 telephone number rings busy on EVERY attempt (probably off the receiver) and they have hidden their local phone number so effectively, it can't be found on-line. Apparently will be forced to make a 68 mile round trip just to get a simple answer on Medicare enrollment. Unbelievable.
