Do not wait for your car. If you want anything done you should not expect to have it back for at least 3 hours. While getting an inspection recently I was told that it would be 1.5 to 2hrs and I thought that was ok because it needed done so I would wait. So 2.5 hrs later I approach the check out area and spoke to a salesman who said they were working on my car. The problem is it was still out in the parking lot in the same spot I left it. So after he located my paperwork he said that my car would be next but that it was going to be another hour. It appeared as though they had forgot about my car because other people who came in after me had left already. I feel that this location is poorly managed and I had better experiences at the Pep Boys located on Baum Blvd in the city.

I wish I could give 0 stars. As far as retail goes, they insisted that they do not accept Visa Gift cards, yet in a recent conversation with the manager , I was informed that they DO take them.spoke with manager regarding service department. Took car for inspection, was given "rough estimate" of $494 to replace exhaust system. that was 5 days ago. Today I was told that it will actually be over $1100 for the repairs. Sounds like a bait and switch. Yesterday, though, we were told that the parts were ordered (at the previously mentioned $494, and that they would be delayed due to weather. Well, Manager now informs me that they were never actually ordered, in addition to them being $600 more than originally "roughly estimated." I understand we asked for a "rough estimate" but how the hell is a rough estimate $600 off? Manager advised me that it's because the system is notoriously wrong...well, replace the system, then. Please, shop at your own risk, poor customer service
