      About AIRAM For nearly 45 years AIRAM Press Co. Ltd, has led the industry in high speed roll forming press technology. In 2006 the press builder came under the leadership of joint partners Fred Ratermann and John Bornhorst. The team combined engineering application expertise and in-depth press knowledge to expand the line to provide manufacturers with flexible, cost effective pneumatic press options for day-to-day stamping operations and progressive die applications. As part of its ongoing strategy to help customers survive in a global economy, AIRAM has expanded its Covington, Ohio based facility which now totals 22, 000 square feet. The additional space allows AIRAM to house larger machinery and assembly equipment to support production of bigger press orders and reduce delivery time. In addition, AIRAM shares space in the expanded facility with its sister company, Concept Machine & Tool, Inc Concept specializes in tooling and machining which allows AIRAM to provide custom designed tooling and automated systems at a reduced cost and lead time capabilities that support AIRAM's total production solutions. AIRAM partners with customers to evaluate their production requirements and recommend the most efficient solution. In addition to the press, AIRAM's turnkey systems include the die, feeding equipment, part handling automation and other ancillary equipment. Stock presses, including special press sizes, the capability to economically custom engineer press models, a comprehensive spare parts inventory, rebuild and preventative maintenance programs provide key customer support services.
