Getting a response is like getting a carpenter to pull your teeth ... impossible! Service calls take days and you have to call back and get a second tech to try and fix what the first one didn't. We got rid of their copier, but the problem is getting them to come pick their property up!

I am giving them a 2 stars because when you can get someone on the phone or to return your call they can fix the issues but getting someone to answer the phone or call you back in the issue.
