I had a great experience with this company. Sammy made me a great deal. Did not try to sell me something I didnt need. His staff gave me the basic training to start me off and were very nice and friendly . Sammy even overnited me something that I forgot. I highly recommend this company!

Once again precision came through for me in a pinch. My machine had stopped on me in the middle of an important project for someone else. Poor service. I placed an order online, paying for expedited service. The day I was expecting to recieve my order, I recieved a call from the manufasterer they were using with a question and told that there was no way my order would be expedited. When I called Precision Sewing Machines, I was told that the expedited service "would have been more" than they had listed anyways. They were not helpful or at all apologetic about the situation either. It took longer than it should have for my refund as well, which held up my ordering from another vendor. VERY disapointed.
