Dr. Jay E. Fagan's history offers a unique view of his extensive background and experience, as well as his ongoing evolution into higher levels of excellence in the dental medical sciences. Dr. Jay Fagan has lived in St. Tammany Parish for 25 years. Having a natural affinity for the sciences, he attended undergraduate school at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and then went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree at LSU's School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Fagan remained in Louisiana and set up a general dentistry practice in New Orleans, which he practiced for several years before moving on to Boston to receive his Certificate of Periodontology from the well known Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry Dr. Fagan has been in practice in Covington since 1985. Since that time, he has amassed an impressive service record in the medical community, having served on several prestigious hospital staffs, including East Jefferson General Hospital and West Jefferson General Hospital.
