This firm is very unprofessional, being thorough must not be a part of there criteria. They do not keep their clients properly informed on the status of the case. When you ask questions they act as if you are annoying them by asking. In all honesty you deal with so many different people that tell you just as many different things that it is ridiculous. If you want your case handled by people that are professional and have your best interest at heart this is not the firm....run the other way they are worst than ambulance chasers. Again run the other way as fast as you can.
