I went to this shop because I thought I needed a new muffler or that I had a rear end problem. I told this to the writer at the front desk. The tech to it for a test. He then came back with the results. My granddaughter had borrowed my car and did not close my moonroof all the way. The roar I heard was air rushing over the slightly open moon roof. I said to the tech how much is the diagnostic and stupidity charge. He knocked the pins out from under me when he said no chsrge. If in the future I need a muffle you better guess where I'm going.
