Dr. John Hendricks He has trained at the Las Vegas Institute for Neuromuscular Occlusion and Cosmetic Dentistry and at the Ross Nash Institute for Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Hendricks is an Invisalign® provider and often utilizes CAD-CAM restorative techniques.
