Extremely horrible customer service! Be aware of what you bring in and know what you're supposed to be getting out of it. Refused to explain how they cut the pig and why I didn't have a rack of ribs on my pig. When on the phone with this question about the missing ribs, they couldn't explain it and then yelled at me for questioning the missing meat and then hung up on me! Understand you're dealing with people with a very limited education and it shows in their customer service greatly! Hopefully they can resolve this issue with bringing in a new management system.
