I went in the store the other day and had an issue with a faucet stem. I had searched for ages trying to find the correct replacement and couldn't find it anywhere. However, a friend suggested that I try here and I couldn't have been any happier with the whole experience! When I first walked in i was greeted by a man who I later found out was the owner, Jim. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the merchandise he carried. I quickly realized that this family owned hardware store would be my first stop every time! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, whether its the hard to find parts or just the everyday items! On a side note, be sure to check out the return policy on any items you purchase.
