From the design phase to completion you will work directly with the owner of our company, Mike Marochino.To give you peace of mind, we carefully select the people who will build your home. Our contractors are top quality professionals who are personally supervised by the owners of our company, directing and inspecting every phase of construction. From the framing stage, to our signature finish work, your home will be built on a foundation of four decades of custom home building experience.One of the biggest advantages to building a custom home is your ability to adapt the home to fit your lifestyle. The opportunity to change and customize your home should not end when construction begins. It is our goal to guide you through the building process with over 4 decades of custom home building experience. We expect you to make changes, and we will not penalize you with fees for simply changing your mind.
