I recently had my child's T-Ball pictures taken with Sharpshooters photography. The coach sent an email to all of the parents with a link to sharpshooters website to look it over before picture day. It was confusing and poorly designed...it left us wondering what was included in the different packages as they had little to no description or example picture. One would think that a photography studio would have a good representation of what is being sold clearly defined but sadly it was not.



The day of pictures was rainy and I wanted to be sure that I my son's picture was good. These packages are roughly 40 dollars and for that amount of money I wanted something that I could actually show my family. I made sure to ask the assistant and photographer to check the digital camera before moving on to the next child. I was told that his picture was good and my son was herded over to the others. Im not sure if you’ve ever attempted photographing a 5 year little boy but they can be difficult and was concerned about the picture when only 2 shots were taken. At that moment I should have asked to see it myself but I took the word of a professional when he said it was good.



Next week at the end of T-ball coaches passed out the picture packages. I opened it up and saw the pictures. My concerns had come to fruition...the picture was terrible. He almost appear cross-eyed and gagging at the same time. Im not one to boast but my son is a handsome little man and this picture made him look "special". Luckily the photographer was at Tball again for parents that didnt make it to the first session. I went over and nicely explained my disappointment...he looked at me in disgust, inspected the pictures in my hand, and told me he would reshoot right now. He took my son’s picture and this time he showed the picture in the viewfinder of the camera. Was it going to make the cover of T-ball weekly? No, but at least my son looked presentable. The photographer took my photo package and said he would have to redo them all and he would get them back to me.



The next week at Tball there were no photos and I wondered when Sharpshooters would give them to the parents seeing there is only 1 week remaining of Tball. Well, I checked my mailbox today and found a crumbled manila envelope from sharpshooters'. I cant even blame the mailman because its basically a plain manila envelope with a tiny little stamp of the companies name. There is no lable stating they are photos or not to bend. For all the mailman knows it could have been junk mail. I opened up the photos and they are all crushed. Ive had my pictures taken at studios before and never have they mailed the photos. How does a professional photographer find it acceptable to mail photographs? Ive ordered photos online from snapfish and even the online companies know to encase the photos in heavy cardboard and clearly label the contents. At this moment I am livid...this hack company has quite a racket here with little leagues. They have the nerve to charge very good money for a few pictures because they know all parents have a soft spot for their kids. I would never recommend any league, school or event to utilize this company. They are extremely unprofessional and careless. It appeared to me to be more of a family side business than a reputable professional photography company.

This company provided great service in a timely manner. The website is very user friendly and professional. I would recommend this photographer for any occasion.

I went to the Baseball field with my child to get his photos done and I was met by a freindly staff and wonderfull photographers. The session was done before I knew it. The photos were buetifull. I would recomend this company to a friend.

When I had contact with this company at the Baseball Field I was met by freindly staff and the photographers were very organized. I really was amazed at how quickly the photos were done. The photos came out Great.
